Remove a Student

To remove a student from your account, select "Students" from the "General Info" menu. Click the plus (+) sign to the left of the student's name (in the left column of the page) to expand the student menu. Click the "General Info" link. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box labeled "Check this box and click 'Save' to delete this record." Click "Save."

If you follow the instructions above and the student record is not removed, please check the page for a message explaining why. If you do not see such a message, please contact DCES for assistance.

Log-In Email Address

Please enter the email address that is listed as the MAIN address for your DC family.

DC Family ID

The DC Family ID is the ID assigned to you by the Church of the Divine Child. If you do not know your ID, please contact the school.

Parent Portal Password

Our log-in system changed in May 2014. The first time you try to log-in under the new system, you may be sent a new password. As always, you may change your password after you have logged in.

Family Name

Family name is the last name (surname) associated with the main family membership account at Divine Child. You will be able to assign different last names to parents and students, as needed, later in the verification process.

If your student prefers to be addressed by a name other than his/her first name, please enter it here.

Family Address

The family address is the household address associated with your Divine Child membership account. You will be able to assign different addresses to parents and/or students, as necessary, later in the verification process.

Family Email Address

The family email address is the main email address associated with your family's Divine Child membership account. You will be able to assign different email addresses to parents, as needed, later in the verification process. The family email address is also your parent portal account log-in user name.

Family Home Phone

The family home phone number is the main phone number associated with your family's Divine Child membership. You will be able to assign different phone numbers to parents, as necessary, later in the verification process.

Family Form: Apply All

Checking this button will update all applicable data in all of your family's parent, student, and family records. For instance, if you change your home phone number on this form, check this button, and click "Save," the home phone number will be saved to your family record, your family's parent record/s, and your family's student record/s. This applies to all address fields (street, city, state, zip), phone number fields, and email address fields. Family name changes will NOT be applied to student and parent records.
